If you grew up in or around Germany, you would most likely be aware of the trivia game, STADT-LAND-FLUSS. Translated, CITY-RIVER-COUNTRY is a game that was first documented sometime in the 1800s. This challenging game is played on pieces of paper marked with columns headed with the categories; City/River/Country. When a letter from the alphabet is nominated, participants are challenged to notate the name of a City, River, and Country as quickly as they can starting with that particular letter. The first person to finish each column stops the round and the score is calculated from the answers provided. At the end of all the rounds, the player with the most points wins. The number of categories can be increased making the game as easy or hard as you like.
