Terms and Conditions
1.1 All references to “we” and “us” in the following terms and conditions refer to AlFreshCo operating from www.alfresh.co
1.2 You must be aged 16 years or over to purchase any Aerosol Paint products. By placing an order for such products you confirm you are at least 16 years old.
1.3 All items for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated.
1.4 We will dispatch your order the same day if it has been placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
1.5 Items for which cleared payment is received before 1400 hrs will be dispatched the same day. Delivery is next working day. The courier rates apply to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
For any part of the UK not covered, or if you have a specific delivery request, please contact, as other services are available.
1.5.1 Why have I been asked to pay extra for shipping?
If your order is sent by Courier then an “extended area surcharge” will apply if the delivery address is to one of the following postcodes.

- HS1 to HS9

To deliver to any of the postcodes above by Courier will require an extra payment for shipping before an order can be dispatched.
1.6 VAT is included in all prices where relevant. A VAT receipt can be issued upon request. VAT registration number: 876 1208 16
1.7 Product Colours: It is possible that the actual colour of a product may differ slightly from the colour shown in the product listing. This is due to the limitations of screen colour recreation
2. Important information for non-UK Buyers:
2. 1. Non-UK buyers should pay via PayPal for their purchases. However, if an alternative payment method is desired, then we may be able to accommodate you, but, you MUST contact us BEFORE sending the payment.
3.1 We run real time stock information so if the site allows you to purchase it then it’s in stock
In the unlikely event that we don’t have the item/items we will contact to offer an alternative or refund
4.1. Contract Cancellation: If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. However, this contract cancellation does not apply to DVD’s where the outermost seal/wrapping has been broken and does not apply to Magazines
4.2 If you wish to return item(s) under the terms of 4.1 above, then the items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all relevant seals attached and unbroken, and, in the case of clothing, with all original tags and labels attached. The item(s) must be sent to us so that we receive them within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item(s) were delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you the purchaser will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged on receipt, (see 4.3 below).
4.2.2 Cancelation Costs: Once your order has left us, if you refuse your delivery or have 2 failed attempts you will incur the carriage cost.
A restocking fee of 10%. Minimum £5.00. Only applies if you return your goods to us after 7 Days.
No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase.
4.3 Wrong/Damaged/missing items:
4.3.1. Wrong item(s): If we send a wrong item or items to the buyer, then they can be returned for replacement or refund at the buyer’s discretion. We will refund the postage costs associated with the return of the item(s). The buyer must contact AlFreshCo with details of the item(s) received BEFORE returning the items to us. Any items to be returned to us must comply with the item condition description given in 4.1.1 above.
4.3.2. Damaged item(s): We take great care in the packaging of all our items, but in the unlikely event the buyer receives item(s) damaged in transit, we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to the buyer. The damaged item(s), and all associated packaging, will have to be returned to us before we issue the replacements. The postage cost associated with the return will also be refunded by us. Please contact BEFORE returning the item(s) to discuss the method of return. If it is impractical to return the damaged item(s), then we would require photographic evidence of the damage to be forwarded to us before we issue replacements.
4.3.3. Missing or damaged Parcel/parcels: Any missing or damaged parcel must be reported to us within 48 hours of its expected arrival date.

5.2 Neither AlFreshCo nor any of our employees, make any warranty, express or implied, including the warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product, or process disclosed.
5.3 The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by AlFreshCo and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
5.4 In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, in connection with the use of this website, or the information, products, services, contained on the website.
5.5 AlFreshCo will not be liable whatsoever for any injury or death resulting from the use of the information, products, and services contained on the website.
5.6 Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, AlFreshCo takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
